Yongsan Textile Private Limited

Our spot is out in Malad West, specifically at Raheja Exotica Phase III. If you know Madh Road, you know it can be a bit of a trek depending on the time of day, but it’s where we set up Yongsan Textile. We are up on the third floor in Flat 304. It’s more of a quiet, residential-style setup for our office work than a loud factory floor. There’s a lot of coming and going with samples and paperwork. The Raheja complex is pretty big, so you have to look for Phase III to find us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking through textile batches that come in. The air out here near the coast is a bit different than the rest of Mumbai. Sometimes the sea breeze reaches us, which is nice when it gets really hot. It’s a simple operation really. We don’t have shiny signs or a reception desk with a dozen people. It is just a functional space where we get the work done. Usually, the table is covered in fabric swatches and ledger books. We’ve got a small kitchen area for making coffee and that’s about it. It’s a decent place to work away from the absolute madness of the main city markets, though we are still busy enough. We just focus on the textiles and keeping the orders moving from this little corner of Madh. It works for us and keeps the overheads low, I guess.
