Xtrafit Gym & More

Xtrafit Gym & More is located at 398, in the basement along the Outer Ring Road in Paschim Vihar. We are in the Behra Enclave area, quite close to the Raddison Hotel. It’s a pretty well-known spot because of the hotel, so people don’t usually have trouble finding our entrance. The gym is downstairs, which helps keep the noise of the busy Ring Road traffic out while you work out. We have a good amount of space for a basement. There’s the usual gym gear, weights, and some extra space for other activities, which is why we added the "& More" to our name. We see a lot of people who live in Behra Enclave coming in early in the morning before their kids go to school. The air conditioning is something we focus on because it can get a little stuffy underground if the fans aren't on. It’s a straightforward setup. We have racks for dumbbells and a few cycles and treadmills. The lighting is functional and bright enough. It’s a place where you come to sweat, not to look at yourself in fancy mirrors all day, though we do have them on most walls. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who keep things running and make sure the equipment is safe. It’s a practical gym for people who live on this side of Paschim Vihar. Parking can be a bit tricky on the main road, but there are some spots in the side lanes.
