Women Led Care Foundation

Women Led Care Foundation is located at B 602 Thiruvizha, which is on Plot No 37 in Sector-10. This is in the South West part of New Delhi, right in the heart of the local community. Being on the sixth floor gives us a bit of a view, though mostly it’s just other buildings and the street below us. The apartment serves as our main base. It’s often a bit cluttered with supplies and papers because there is always something happening around here. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who show up every day and put in the hours. The kitchen is where most of the real talking happens over coffee or tea. It’s a comfortable place, not like those cold offices you see in the business districts. We wanted a spot that felt reachable and friendly for everyone. The lift in the building is sometimes slow, so we wait around and chat with the neighbors a lot in the lobby. It’s a friendly atmosphere in Sector-10. We don't have a fancy lobby or a guard at a front desk specifically for us. You just come up to 602 and we are usually there working away. The work we do keeps us busy, but we try not to let it get too stressful. We just take things one day at a time and deal with whatever comes through the door. It’s a simple way of running things, but it works for us.
