Our place is situated in South Uttam Nagar, specifically at Plot No 2 on the ground floor of Manas Kunj. It’s right near the Kalgidhar Gurudwara, which is the easiest way to find us if you’re coming from the main road. Being on the ground floor is quite helpful because a lot of people who come to see us about their eyes find it easier than climbing stairs. The name mentions Gachibowli, but we are right here in West Delhi, dealing with the local crowd every day. The waiting area has some basic chairs and a small table with some old magazines that nobody really reads. Usually, you can hear the traffic from the street outside, and sometimes the sounds from the Gurudwara drift in when it’s quiet. The walls are painted a simple off-white, and we have a few charts hanging up about eye health. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone wants to get their checkups done early. We keep the lights a bit dim in certain areas because of the nature of eye exams. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait a bit to update the files, which can be annoying, but that’s just how it is. We’ve got a small staff here, mostly local people who know the neighborhood well. It’s a straightforward setup where we just do our work without any fuss or trying to be anything we aren't.
