William - E - Connor & Associates

We are based in New Delhi, specifically at B-3/8B in Teachers Colony, Paschim Vihar. It’s more of a residential-feeling area compared to the big glass office buildings downtown. That makes the mornings a bit quieter, which is nice when we are trying to get through the emails. William - E - Connor & Associates has been at this spot for some time. The office has a very functional look. We have heavy wooden desks and filing cabinets that have been here since we opened. Most of the work involves talking to people over the phone or handling shipping details, so it’s a lot of sitting and typing. You can hear the neighborhood sounds from the balcony—kids playing or people heading to the market. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. We drink a lot of chai during the day to stay sharp. The Delhi summer is tough, so our AC units are usually working overtime. It is a simple setup where we just focus on the business at hand. We don't have any flashy signs or posters on the walls. It’s just a group of people working out of a house-turned-office in Paschim Vihar. We like the local feel of Teachers Colony and how easy it is to grab a bite nearby during lunch. It's a steady place to work.
