Westend Eye Hospital & Contact Lens Centre is over in Tilak Nagar at 36/10. We are quite easy to spot because we are near the police station in the Ashok Nagar area. Tilak Nagar is a bustling place, and our street is no different. There are always people walking by and cars looking for parking. Inside, the hospital is focused entirely on eyes. We have racks of contact lens boxes and different machines for testing vision. The light inside is quite bright, which is necessary for the work we do. It’s a functional space with a few rows of chairs for people waiting to get their eyes checked. We don't have a big corporate lobby. It’s just a front desk and then the treatment areas. We get a lot of older folks coming in for their cataracts and younger people looking for new lenses. Sometimes the waiting time gets a bit long if a few complicated cases come in at once, but that’s just how it goes. The staff tries to keep things moving. We’ve been at this Tilak Nagar address for quite some time, and people use the police station as a landmark to find us. It’s a bit noisy outside with the market nearby, but inside we try to keep it focused. It is a straightforward eye center where we deal with glasses, lenses, and general eye health for the local community without any fancy distractions.
