Our lab is located in G. Extn.-I, Kirti Nagar. It’s a bit different from the furniture shops that the area is famous for. Inside West Man International Dental Lab, things are a lot quieter and more focused. We have a team of people who spend their whole day looking through magnifying glasses or working with tiny tools. It’s very precise work. We’ve been in Kirti Nagar for a while, and it’s a good central spot for us to get things delivered across the city. The lab is kept as clean as we can manage, though there’s always a bit of plaster dust around from the molds. We don’t really have customers walking in off the street like a regular shop. Most of our work comes in through delivery riders. We spend a lot of time checking the details on every piece that goes out. It can be tiring on the eyes, so we take breaks to chat and have tea. We don’t have a big corporate board or fancy titles. We’re just a group of people who know how to make dental appliances. It’s a technical job, but we treat it like any other craft. We’ve grown a bit over the years, but the way we work hasn’t changed much. We just stick to our benches and make sure the measurements are right. It’s steady, quiet work in a busy part of town.
