Our place is located in Sultanpuri, specifically at House Number 461 in the C-7 Block of JJ Colony. It’s easy to find if you look for the Balmiki Mandir nearby. Werber Services Private Limited is run from the second floor here. It’s a lively neighborhood, always something going on outside the window. We started this because we wanted to handle services in a way that makes sense for people living and working in West Delhi. We aren't some distant company with a call center in another country. We’re right here on the stairs. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of work piled up, but we make it work. Most of our days are spent fixing problems and answering questions from people who stop by or call. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or polished brochures. That stuff doesn't really matter when you just need a job done right. Being in the JJ Colony means we see all sorts of faces. We try to keep our feet on the ground. The second floor gives us a bit of a view, but we spend most of our time looking at our desks. If you're coming over, just watch for the landmark temple. We’ve been part of this community for a bit now and we plan to stay. It's not always easy, but it’s our work and we take it seriously without making a big fuss about things.
