Vogue Realtech Llp is tucked away on the second floor of building 34 along North Avenue Road. West Punjabi Bagh is a busy place, and our street is no exception. If you are looking for us, you have to climb the stairs to the second floor because there is no elevator here. The office is pretty simple with some old files and a couple of computers. We have been working from this spot for a while now, dealing with real estate matters in the neighborhood. It gets quite noisy outside with all the cars going toward North Avenue, but inside we just focus on our daily tasks. We are not a giant company with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us who know the local area well. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot of paperwork to finish up. We don't really do the fancy marketing thing. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just seeing the sign on the building when they are stuck in traffic. The chairs in our meeting room are a bit worn out, but they do the job. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. It’s a normal, everyday office where we try to keep things organized. If the weather is nice, the balcony gives a decent view of the road below. That is pretty much who we are and where we work.
