We work on display ideas and how shops should look. Our space is filled with random things like mannequins, racks, and different types of lighting fixtures we’re testing out. It’s a bit of a creative mess in here. We don’t have a professional cleaning crew coming in every night, so sometimes there are scraps of fabric or bits of plastic on the floor. We are a small team and we do everything ourselves. When a client comes in, we usually just clear a space on the main table so we can show them some sketches. We don't have a big fancy presentation room. Most of our day is spent either drawing or out at retail stores setting things up. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp. The neighbors are nice and it’s a friendly atmosphere in this lane. We don't really bother with marketing because most people find us through others we've worked with before. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to make sure the displays we create actually look good in the shops. It’s a practical business and we take it one day at a time here in Hari Nagar. Sometimes we even work on weekends if a new shop is opening on Monday.
