We are located up on the second floor of G-115 in Vikaspuri. It’s a standard office building, nothing too special to look at from the outside. You have to walk up the stairs since the lift is a bit temperamental sometimes. Once you get to our floor, it’s mostly just desks and a lot of paper. We handle a lot of visa-related stuff, so there are always folders lying around. It gets pretty quiet during the middle of the day, which is nice for getting through the paperwork. We’ve been in this part of Vikaspuri for a good bit now. Most of the staff brings their own lunch and we eat together in the small break area. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. People usually hear about us from someone else who used our services before. The windows look out over the street, and we watch the traffic crawl by during rush hour. It can get a bit hectic when there’s a deadline or a lot of applications at once, but we manage. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help people get their documents in order so they can travel. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes the tea lady forgets our order, but we don't mind much. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here, and we’re quite used to the routine by now.
