Vimac Impex LLP is located in Kirti Nagar at B.M. House, H-88A. If you’ve ever been to West Delhi, you know Kirti Nagar is famous for all sorts of trade and furniture. Our building is easy enough to find if you know the landmark. We aren't a massive company, just a group of people working together in this office. Most of the day is spent on the phone or checking emails about imports and exports. We don't have a big corporate structure here. It’s more like a small group of us making sure things don’t go wrong. The office has big windows, but we mostly keep the blinds down because of the sun. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons. We started this because we had some experience in the trade business and wanted to do something on our own. It’s been a learning process, and we’ve had our share of long days. We deal with all the boring stuff like customs forms and transport schedules. It’s not very glamorous, but it’s what we do. We don’t use fancy business words or try to act like we’re bigger than we are. We just want to get the products from point A to point B without too much trouble. Sometimes we order lunch from the place down the street and talk about anything except work. Then we get back to it until it's time to lock up and go. The door sticks a bit in the humidity.
