Our office is tucked away in Jain Colony, specifically in Part-3 at Rz-3. Uttam Nagar is a crowded, busy place, but it has a lot of energy that we really enjoy. We’ve been operating from this location for quite some time now. It’s a modest space, nothing too fancy. We have a few desks, some old chairs, and a lot of energy for the work we do. Most of us who work here are locals or have been in Delhi for years. We spend our days focusing on things that affect the younger people in our area. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we feel like we’re barely making a dent, but we keep showing up every morning. We don’t really go in for big speeches or polished presentations. We’d rather just sit down and talk to people one-on-one. The streets around Jain Colony can get pretty packed, especially during the market hours, but that’s just part of life here. We don't have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers. We just work together as a small team and try to stay organized. Some days we're out in the field and the office is empty, and other days we're all crammed in here trying to finish up some reports. It’s a bit chaotic sometimes, but it’s our version of normal. We’re just trying to be a positive presence in Uttam Nagar and handle things one day at a time.
