Vera Automotive Components Pvt Ltd is based in Mayapuri Industrial Area Phase 2, at C 156. Mayapuri is a place that never really sleeps, with the sound of metal and machines everywhere. We make parts for cars and vehicles here. Our workshop is full of tools and machinery that have been with us for a long time. It’s a bit oily and the floors aren't always perfectly clean, but that’s the nature of automotive work. We don’t have a big HR department or a marketing team. We just have people who know how to work with their hands. Most of us have been here for years and we know the machines better than we know our own cars. We spend our days cutting, shaping, and checking components. It’s noisy and hot in the summer, but we’ve got some big fans that help a little. We don’t bother with fancy brochures or polished presentations. If someone wants to see what we do, they just come to the shop floor and look. We take our work seriously but we don’t talk about it in a corporate way. It’s just about making sure the parts are solid and the measurements are right. We close up when the job is done for the day and head home through the Mayapuri traffic. It’s hard work, but it’s what we’ve always done and we like the routine.
