Venus Sports Wear Pvt. Ltd is based in New Delhi, specifically in the 110015 area. We have been working in the sportswear side of things for a long time. Our facility is pretty standard. We have rows of machines and a big cutting table that takes up most of one room. It’s a busy place. We spend a lot of time looking at different synthetic fabrics and checking how they stretch. There is always a lot of activity, with people moving boxes and checking labels. We aren't really fancy people. We wear comfortable clothes to work because we're moving around all day. The office part of the building is just a few desks and some filing cabinets that are usually overflowing. It’s not perfectly neat, but it’s a working environment. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a batch if a machine acts up during the day. We don't have any mission statements or anything like that hanging on the wall. We just want to make sure the seams don't rip and the colors are what they're supposed to be. New Delhi is a fast-paced city, and we just try to keep up with our daily schedule. Most of our workers have been with us since we started. We know their families and they know ours. It feels more like a small community than a regular company. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
