Venus Industries

We've been at 1-Basai Road in Moti Nagar for a good while now. It’s a busy spot and the traffic outside can get pretty loud during the day, but we’re used to it. Most of us show up early, grab some tea from the shop around the corner, and then get started with whatever work is piled up on the desks. Venus Industries isn't a fancy place with glass walls or anything like that. It’s mostly just us working through orders and making sure the inventory is where it should be. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with papers and samples, especially when we have a big shipment going out. We try to keep things organized, but on busy Tuesdays, it’s hard to stay on top of the mess. Moti Nagar is a decent area to work in because everything we need is close by. If a machine breaks or we run out of tape, someone just walks down the street to grab a replacement. We don't spend much time on meetings or long emails. It’s more about just getting the jobs finished so we can go home on time. The fans hum all day long and the phone rings quite a bit. It’s just a normal workplace where people know each other’s names and how they like their coffee. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. It works for us.
