Veer Hotelware LLP is based out of House No 39 in the DLF Industrial Area over in Kirti Nagar. Being in West Delhi's industrial zone means we are surrounded by workshops and warehouses. It’s a loud, busy part of town where things are always being built or moved. Our place is basically a working warehouse and office mix. We handle hotelware, so there are always boxes around and the smell of industrial packing tape. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. The office part is just a few desks tucked into a corner where we manage the books and take orders. Most of the guys are out on the floor or dealing with deliveries. We’ve been at this address, 110015, for a while, and we’ve seen the area change quite a bit. The roads are often blocked by big trucks, which makes getting in and out a bit of a gamble. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to make us look polished. We’re just local people selling stuff that hotels need. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and long hours, especially when big shipments come in. We keep a fridge full of cold water and a kettle for tea, and that’s about as fancy as it gets. It’s a hard-working atmosphere where we just focus on the day's tasks.
