Varindera Constructions Limited

We've been around the Janakpuri area for a while now. Varindera Constructions Limited is based right over in Suneja Tower 1, specifically in 408-409. If you know where Satyam Cineplexes is, we are pretty close to that. It’s a busy spot but we manage. Most of our days are spent dealing with construction sites and all the paperwork that comes with it. There’s always a lot of dust and noise when you're in this line of work. People often stop by the office to talk about their plans or just check on how things are moving along. It’s not a fancy place, just a working office where we keep our tools and blueprints. Delhi is always growing, so there is never a shortage of stuff to do. Sometimes the traffic around Janakpuri makes it hard to get to the site on time, but that’s just how it is living here. We try to keep things simple. We have a small team here. Most of us have been doing this for years. You learn a lot about how things actually get built when you're on the ground every day. It’s tough work, especially in the summer heat, but we get it done. No one here wears a suit unless they really have to. We prefer just getting our boots dirty and making sure the walls are straight. It takes a lot of coordination to get a project finished, but we just take it one day at a time.
