We’re tucked away in East Punjabi Bagh in New Delhi, specifically at House Number 26 in Gali Number 7. It’s in Madan Park, which is a fairly well-known spot in this part of the city. Being in Delhi means there’s always something happening, and our little corner of Punjabi Bagh is no different. We operate as a division of Vtrans India Ltd, but here on the ground, it’s just us handling the daily express deliveries and logistics. The street can be quite narrow, so getting larger vehicles in and out of Gali Number 7 takes a bit of skill and patience. We’ve had a few scrapes here and there, but that’s just part of working in a crowded city. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s filled with desks, computers, and a lot of paper files. We spend most of our time on the phone with drivers or tracking packages. It’s a high-energy environment because everything in express delivery needs to happen fast. Sometimes it feels like we’re constantly racing against the clock. We don't have a big reception area or coffee machines for guests. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-conversation or checking a manifest. We prefer to keep things simple and direct. We’ve been in this location for a while, and the local shopkeepers know us as the transport guys. It’s a lot of hard work, but we enjoy the pace of the city and there is always something new to deal with every morning.
