Uphoria Realtors Private Limited is over in Janakpuri, at B-2/23 on the first floor. Janakpuri is a massive residential area, and being in the B-2 block puts us right in the middle of a lot of houses. Our office is up one flight of stairs. It’s a simple space with some basic office furniture we’ve had for years. We do real estate work, which mostly involves a lot of paperwork and meetings with families looking for homes. The office can get a bit loud when the neighbors are home or if there is work being done on the street. We have a small balcony where we keep some plants that are struggling a bit, but we try to water them. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our computers. We don't have a big staff, so it’s usually just two or three people here at a time. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for when we get hungry. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We wear comfortable clothes and talk to people like they are our neighbors, because usually, they are. The address is easy to find once you get into the right lane of Janakpuri. We’ve been here long enough that we know the local tea stall owner and the guy who delivers the mail. It’s a comfortable, local office where we just do our daily tasks without any big drama or fancy meetings.
