Upahar Gift Flowers

Upahar Gift Flowers is located at Shop No. 2, 3/33, right near the Fun Cinema in Moti Nagar. Being so close to the cinema means we get a lot of people stopping by before or after their movies. It’s a small shop, but we try to pack a lot into it. We have a mix of fresh flowers and different gift items. The smell of the flowers is the first thing you notice when you walk in, which is nice compared to the exhaust fumes from the road outside. I started this place because I liked the idea of having a shop in a lively area. We spend a lot of time trimming stems and keeping the water fresh in the buckets. The floor is often a bit wet from the flowers, so you have to watch your step. We also have cards and small decorative things on the shelves. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than three people are inside at once. Sometimes we run out of certain flowers if there’s a big holiday or a popular movie release, but we do our best to keep things stocked up. We don't have any corporate slogans or big promises. We’re just a local shop in Moti Nagar trying to help people find a quick gift or a nice bouquet. It’s a bit messy at times with all the ribbons and paper scraps, but that’s just how it is.
