Ugi Knowledge And Development Foundation

We’ve been operating out of Sarita Vihar for a bit now, specifically at G-51. It’s a decent neighborhood in South Delhi, and we like being here because it feels like a real community. Ugi Knowledge And Development Foundation is basically just us working from this spot, trying to make some sense of the projects we take on. The office isn't anything you'd see in a magazine. It has some desks, a lot of files, and usually a few half-empty tea cups sitting around by the afternoon. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We are just local people who wanted to work on development and sharing what we know. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the delivery guy can't find the gate, but we manage. Most of us have lived in Delhi for years, so we know how things go. We decided to set up in Sarita Vihar because it’s easier than being stuck in the middle of the city noise. There’s a park nearby where some of us go for a walk when the air isn't too thick. It’s a quiet enough place to actually think and get through the paperwork. We don't have fancy titles or a big board of directors. It’s just a small group doing the work that comes our way. We’re usually here from morning until late evening, just keeping the lights on and doing our thing.
