U S International

Our office is at A-5A/40 in Janakpuri. It’s a busy area and finding parking is always a big headache for us. We’ve been in this building for several years. It started as just one small room but now we use the whole floor. There are stacks of papers and samples on every surface. It looks messy to an outsider, but there is a system to it that we all understand. U S International isn't a big corporation with fancy suits or high-rise views. Most of us just wear jeans and old shirts. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails. Sometimes the internet goes down and we all just sit around talking until it comes back up. We get deliveries at odd hours because of the different time zones we deal with. My brother usually handles the heavy lifting while I take care of the paperwork and the bills. We have an old kettle that we use for making tea all throughout the day. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time to actually do it. We get people stopping by asking for directions because this block is very confusing. We don't mind helping them out. It's good to see different faces. We try to keep things simple and not overcomplicate the daily work. If a customer calls with a problem, we just talk it through until it's sorted. That’s pretty much how we operate every day.
