We operate out of Block B in the DDA Flats at Bindapur, Dwarka. It is Flat No 567, which is a Type 3 unit. This part of New Delhi is always moving and there is always noise outside. We are right in the thick of things. Our work is all about logistics, which sounds complicated to some but it is really just about getting things where they need to go. We spend our mornings looking at long lists and our afternoons on the phone talking to vendors. The DDA flats are quite standard, so it feels like working from home in a way. We have a small group of people working here. We do not have any big mission statements or shiny posters on the wall. Usually, it is just calendars and some maps pinned up. The area can be a bit crowded, and finding a parking spot is always a bit of a puzzle for our visitors. We deal with local deliveries and some bigger stuff too. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck breaking down or someone giving us a wrong address, and we have to fix it fast. That is just the nature of this business. We do not claim to be the biggest company, we just do the work that comes our way. We have been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors are used to seeing us. It is a simple office for a busy job. We keep it straightforward and do not make a fuss about things.
