T.S.Builders

T.S. Builders has been operating out of New Delhi for a good while now. Our main spot is over at F-9A in the DDA MIG Flats. If you know the area, we are quite close to the Hari Nagar Clock Tower. It’s a busy part of the city, and the clock tower is a landmark everyone recognizes around here. We aren't one of those massive construction firms with a huge fleet of trucks and shiny offices. We work out of the flats, which keeps our overhead low and things feeling more like a family business. Being in the 110064 zip code means we are right in the thick of things. There is always a lot of noise and activity outside. Our office is usually full of samples, tape measures, and scraps of paper with notes on them. We don't have a professional decorator or anything. It’s just a workspace where we get things done. Most of our clients come from word of mouth in the neighborhood. We don't really do the whole marketing thing. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. Construction and building work can be messy and loud, so we try to be as direct as possible with the folks we work for. It’s a practical business and we take it one day at a time. The clock tower is a nice reminder of the time passing as we finish up one job and move to the next. It’s a solid way to live.
