Trigger Gym & Spa

You can find Trigger Gym & Spa down in the basement of Amba Tower, which is at J-2/11 in Rajouri Garden. We are right opposite Metro Pillar No 411, so if you are on the Blue Line, it is very close and easy to walk to. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is nice when it is burning hot outside. We have a mix of gym equipment and a small spa area for our members. The weights are in one corner and we have some machines lined up along the walls to save space. It’s a busy part of Rajouri, so there is always noise from the street, but once you go down the stairs, it’s mostly just the sound of the treadmills. We have been here at Amba Tower for some time now. People come in after shopping in the market or before heading to the metro station. It’s not a very large space, so we have to keep everything in its place. The spa part is basic but okay for a quick steam or shower after a long session. We don’t use any complicated systems for memberships, just some simple paperwork and a register. Most of our members are young people from the nearby houses and apartments. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when it’s peak hour in the evening, but everyone gets along well. It is just a regular basement gym that serves the local neighborhood. We try to keep the lights bright for everyone.
