We’re located at Rz-F-274 in Nihal Vihar, right next to the Gurudwara. It’s a good landmark to have because Nangloi can be a bit of a maze if you don't know your way around the small streets. Our office handles logistics, mostly focused on air transport. It’s a small operation, just a few of us sitting at desks, surrounded by maps and delivery schedules. Being beside the Gurudwara means we hear the prayers and the community activities throughout the day, which is actually quite nice. It makes the place feel more like a home than just a boring workplace. The office itself is pretty basic, with nothing much in the way of decoration. We don't need anything fancy to do our jobs properly. Most of the work involves talking to carriers and making sure things are actually moving through the air like they’re supposed to. Sometimes it feels like we’re just pushing papers all day, but we know it matters to the people waiting for their stuff. We’ve been here for a while, so we’ve gotten to know the people on the street. It’s a busy, noisy, and colorful place to work. We don't have any big corporate goals or vision statements; we just want to get through the day’s log without any major hiccups. It’s just us here in Nihal Vihar, doing the logistics work as best as we can every single day for the folks who need it.
