Tih India Real Estate Advisory Llp is located over in Vikaspuri. Specifically, we are at H-3/63 on the first floor. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a good spot once you get inside. West Delhi has a very specific feel to it, and this neighborhood is no different. There are always people walking their dogs or kids playing nearby. Our office is just a regular floor in a residential-looking building, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than some of those glass towers you see in other parts of the city. We do advisory work, which mostly means sitting around a table and talking through options with people who stop by. We have a couple of computers that are a bit slow, and the printer jammed twice this morning, but we manage. The first-floor location gives us a nice view of the street below, and we can see the weather changing or the local vendors passing by. It’s not a fancy setup with leather chairs and expensive art. We have some basic wooden desks and a lot of folders. The address is 110018, right in the heart of the local area. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors are used to seeing us coming in and out at odd hours. It’s just a plain, honest place to work and we try to keep things organized as best as we can without making it too complicated.
