Thermo Process Industries

Our workshop is located in Kirti Nagar Industrial Area at 63/27. If you know this area, you know it is always packed with people moving timber and furniture, but we are more on the industrial side of things. Inside our space, it is usually quite warm because of the processes we run. We have been working out of this spot for years. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. We spend most of our time looking at gauges and making sure everything is running the way it should. It is a lot of repetitive work, but it needs to be done right or nothing works. Lunch happens whenever there is a break in the cycle, often just a tiffin box eaten at the desk. We do not have a fancy reception area or anything like that. You just walk in through the main door and you are pretty much in the middle of everything. Sometimes the noise from the neighbors' machinery makes it hard to talk on the phone, so we have to step outside to the street. It is a bit chaotic, but we have a routine that works for us. Most of the guys here have been with us for a long time, so we all know what needs to be done without talking much.
