The Moulds

The Moulds sits in the Moti Nagar Industrial Area, specifically at New Plot No.-5 in the DLF Industrial Area. This isn't a place for shopping; it’s a place for making things. We’ve got machines running most of the time, so it’s pretty loud inside. The plot is a decent size but we’ve filled it up with equipment and raw materials. I spend my day in overalls because of all the grease and metal dust that comes with the job. It’s a gritty part of town, Moti Nagar, full of workshops and factories. We’ve been at this location for a few years now. The work is repetitive but it needs to be done right every time. I don't have a front desk or a receptionist because we aren't that kind of office. If someone wants to talk to me, they usually have to shout over the noise of the machines. We work with different types of moulds for manufacturing. It’s technical work but we explain it in simple terms to whoever needs it. The lunch break is the only quiet time we get during the day. I usually sit outside by the gate to get some air and watch the trucks go by. The DLF Industrial Area is a maze of plots and big vehicles. We don't have any flashy signs, just the plot number and the name. It’s hard work in a tough environment, but that’s the nature of this business. We just keep the production going.
