Texcare Instruments

Our shop is at 107/1 Pocket D, right near Pradhan Ji Ka Bagh in the Hastsal Industrial Area. It’s a bit of a maze back here in Uttam Nagar, but once you find us, it’s pretty quiet compared to the main road. At Texcare Instruments, we spend our time working with all sorts of testing tools and gauges. It’s delicate work, so we try to keep the place as clean as we can, even though the industrial area outside is pretty dusty. We’ve got benches set up with good lamps so we can see the small parts we’re handling. There’s usually a radio playing softly in the background to break the silence. We aren't big on meetings or anything like that. We just come in, check what needs to be done, and get to it. Some of the equipment we have is quite old but it still works perfectly, so we keep it around. We have a small area where we keep the finished items boxed up and ready to go. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time navigating the narrow lane near the park, so we end up helping them guide the vehicles in. It’s a local operation, and most of us live close enough to walk or take a quick rickshaw ride. We’ve known the neighbors for years, and we often swap stories over tea in the mornings. It’s a decent way to spend the day. We don't bother with fancy uniforms, just comfortable clothes that we don't mind getting a bit of grease on.
