Techinfy Social Foundation

We operate out of 428 Pocket F in Sarita Vihar. It’s a decent spot in South Delhi, though finding a parking space in Pocket F can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. Techinfy Social Foundation is the name we use. We aren't a big tech company, despite the name. We just use what we know about computers and the internet to help people who are struggling with that stuff. Most of our work happens right here in this office, which is really just a converted room. We’ve got a couple of laptops and a lot of tangled wires. We help people with things like setting up online accounts or learning how to use basic software. It’s not rocket science, but it’s stuff that a lot of people find confusing. We don't have a big mission statement or a fancy logo. We’re just a small team trying to be helpful in 110076. Sometimes we go out and meet people, but mostly they come to us. We’ve had all sorts of folks walk through the door. We don't charge for advice and we don't try to sell anything. It’s just about being a good neighbor. The air conditioning breaks down sometimes, and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. But it’s our space and we’re happy with it. We’ve lived in Sarita Vihar for a long time, so we know the area and the people pretty well.
