This is the Construction Division for Systematic Cons Com Ltd, which is part of the Motherson Group. We are located at Fg-1/70, D in Vikas Puri, New Delhi. Even though we are part of a larger group, this office feels like its own little world. It’s a busy spot in Vikas Puri and we have a lot of people coming in and out every day. Most of our time is taken up with the actual work of building things. There are always trucks moving, materials being delivered, and schedules that need to be followed. It gets pretty loud and dusty sometimes, but that is just part of the job. We have a mix of people here, from folks who have been in construction for thirty years to younger kids just starting out. We don’t spend much time on fancy presentations. Usually, we are just looking at blueprints on a table or talking to the guys on the site. Delhi is a tough place to build things because of the space and the traffic, but we manage. Our office isn't much to look at, just desks and filing cabinets and a lot of coffee mugs. We try to be honest about how long things take and what they cost. There’s no point in lying because it all comes out eventually anyway. We just keep our heads down and try to do a decent job every day.
