Syntec India Foundation

Our setup is located in Rajendra Park, right in Gali number 3. It’s House Number 213/209. If you know the area, it’s a typical Block G street. We’ve been operating from here for a while now. The space is basically a converted part of the house, so it feels very much like a home. You’ll usually find a couple of us hunched over computers or filing things away in cabinets. We don't really do the whole professional suits and ties thing. Most of the time, we’re just wearing what’s comfortable and focusing on the tasks at hand. There’s always noise from the street outside—kids playing or people heading to the market. It keeps us grounded. Syntec India Foundation isn't some massive entity with a skyscraper. It’s just this small group working in a busy neighborhood. We deal with a lot of administrative stuff and coordination. Some days are slow, while others feel like there aren't enough hours. We have a lot of folders and stacks of paper because we haven't gone fully digital yet. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. People in the park know us, and we like it that way. It’s just a plain office in a plain house, doing what we can without any extra fuss or fancy labels. We just show up every morning, open the door, and get to work on whatever needs doing. It’s a living, breathing part of the neighborhood and we like it.
