Syndicate Engineers & Architects is based out of Nangloi, specifically at Y-536 in Camp Number 1. If you take the metro to Surajmal Station, we are just a short walk from there. We’ve been set up in this part of Delhi for quite some time now. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get down to business with blueprints and site plans. We work with a lot of local residents and small business owners who need help getting their construction projects off the ground. Being an architect or an engineer here means you have to understand how things really work on the ground. We don't spend our time making glossy brochures. Instead, we’re usually hunched over a desk or out looking at a site. The 110041 area is quite lively, and being near the metro station helps people find us easily. We talk to our clients like neighbors because, well, many of them are. If someone has a question about a wall or a roof, we just give them a straight answer. It’s a bit of a mix of old-school methods and some newer software, whatever gets the job done. We’ve seen plenty of houses go up in Nangloi. We just keep our heads down and focus on the technical drawings and making sure everything is up to code. It's what we've always done.
