Our office is at House Number 77 in Block N, Prem Nagar Phase 2. It’s tucked away in West Delhi, which is where most of us grew up or live. We spend our days helping people who want to go abroad for their education. It’s a lot of paperwork and looking at different countries, to be honest. People come in with many questions about visas and colleges, and we sit down and go through the forms with them. We don’t have a big receptionist area or a fountain in the lobby. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of folders. West Delhi is a busy place, and our corner of Prem Nagar is no different. We try to be honest with people about what to expect when they move away. It’s a big step, so we don’t like to sugarcoat things. We aren't a huge multinational company. We’re just a local team that knows how the overseas process works. Sometimes the electricity cuts out or the internet gets slow, but we just keep at it. It’s rewarding when we hear back from someone who actually made it to their university. That’s why we do this. We’re just here in New Delhi, working through the piles of applications and trying to make sure everything is filled out right. It’s honest work and we like the people we meet every day in this part of town.
