Swaastik Urology Clinic

Swaastik Urology Clinic sits in a quiet corner of Vikas Puri at 108A JG-III. It’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for the sign specifically. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a long time. The office has a small waiting area with chairs that have seen better days, but they do the job. We spend a lot of time looking at charts and talking to people who come in with all sorts of issues. It’s not the most cheerful topic, urology, but it is what we do every day from morning until the evening. The floor is easy to clean, which is important here. We have a small staff and everyone knows where everything is kept. There is a filing cabinet in the corner that is getting a bit too full, and we really should organize the back room better one of these days. Mostly, it is just about keeping things running. People from all over Vikas Puri come by, usually after seeing a general doctor first. We don't have much in the way of fancy gadgets in the lobby, just some old magazines and a water cooler. It feels like a normal workplace where we just get on with the tasks. It’s a bit cramped when it gets busy, but we manage to fit everyone in and get through the list. It is a simple place where we work through the paperwork and help the patients.
