Superlative Foundation

Superlative Foundation is based in Nangal Kheri. We operate out of a space care of the wife of Rakesh. The village is a small place and everyone pretty much knows everyone else. Our pin code is 132108. It’s a quiet area, not like the big cities. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy entrance. It’s just a house in the village where we do our work. We started this because we wanted to have a presence here in Nangal Kheri. Most days are pretty much the same. We wake up, head over to the office space, and see what needs to be sorted out. We drink a lot of tea while we work. The space is a bit cramped with all the papers and folders we have collected over time. Rakesh and his family are good people and they help us out when they can. We don't have any corporate rules or dress codes. We just wear what’s comfortable and get to it. Sometimes the internet connection in the village acts up, which makes things take longer than they should. But we are patient. We like the pace of life here. It allows us to focus on the small details. People from the village stop by to say hello or ask a question, and we always have time for a chat. It feels more like a community effort than a formal organization, which is exactly how we like it. We just do what we can.
