Our place is located on Hastsal Road, Plot No 942, C Block in Uttam Nagar. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the mechanics and vehicle owners coming in and out. The shop is full of metal parts, gaskets, and greasy boxes. We’ve been dealing with spare parts for quite some time now. It’s a lot of looking up part numbers in old catalogs or on the computer when the internet is actually working. My hands are almost always a little bit oily because I’m constantly pulling things out of the boxes to show people. We don't have a polished floor or fancy uniforms. We just wear regular clothes that we don't mind getting a bit dirty. The road outside can get very muddy when it rains, so we spend a lot of time mopping the floor so the shop doesn't turn into a mess. We know the local guys who run the repair shops nearby, so there’s always someone stopping by for a chat or a quick part. We don't make big promises; we just tell you if we have the part or if we need to order it. Sometimes the delivery takes longer than we'd like, and we just have to tell the customer to wait. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We’re just a local shop trying to keep the vehicles in the area running without making a big deal out of it. We keep at it every day because the cars around here keep breaking down.
