SUPALACIO RESORTS LLP is located at A-34, SF in Vikas Puri, over in West Delhi. We’re on the second floor—that’s what the SF stands for—and it’s a pretty decent spot in the 110018 area. We’ve been running our resort business from here for a good while. It’s not a huge office, just a few rooms where we keep our computers and all the records we need to stay organized. Vikas Puri is a nice neighborhood, though the traffic on the main roads can be a real headache in the evenings. We’re just a small group of people who care about making sure our resorts are running like they should. We don't have a big corporate handbook or a list of fancy values we talk about all the time. We just try to be decent and do our work without making too many mistakes. It’s a lot of coordination between the office and the actual resort locations. Sometimes we’re on the phone all morning trying to fix a plumbing issue or a booking error, but that’s just the nature of the hospitality business. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We're just a local business in West Delhi trying to make a living and provide a good place for people to stay. It’s simple, honest work, and we’re glad to be doing it from our little corner of Vikas Puri.
