We are located at 2 Ramesh Nagar in the DLF industrial area part of Moti Nagar. It is very close to the metro station, which makes it easy for us to get to work, though the area is always loud with trucks and machines from the other shops. Inside our space, we have the printers and the cutting tables where we make all kinds of signs and boards. It’s a gritty kind of place, not a shiny office. There are always scraps of vinyl on the floor and the smell of adhesive hanging in the air. We spend a lot of time measuring things out and trying to make sure the letters are straight on the banners. Sometimes a client comes in with a rough idea and we have to figure out how to make it fit on a piece of plastic or metal. The machines we use for the printing are big and they need a lot of looking after to keep them running smoothly. When we aren't working on a design, we are usually out fixing a board or delivering something to a shop nearby. It’s a lot of physical work, moving heavy materials around and making sure the ink hasn't smudged. We don't have any fancy meetings; we just stand around the table and talk about how to get the job done by the deadline. It’s noisy and busy, but that’s just how life is in Moti Nagar for us every day.
