Our place is at 13/3 in the Rama Road Industrial Area. We’re right across from the post office in Zakhira, which makes it pretty easy to give directions to anyone who is looking for us. Being in an industrial area means the road is often full of potholes and big trucks, but that’s just part of the environment here. We deal in spare parts, so our warehouse is full of shelves from floor to ceiling. It’s mostly metal parts and rubber components, all sitting in boxes. It smells like a mix of new tires and machine oil in here. We spend most of our time looking up part numbers and climbing ladders to find exactly what a customer needs. It’s a lot of manual work, and we usually end the day with dirty hands and tired feet. The post office across the street is where we see most of the local gossip happening, and we often head over there to drop off our own mail. Zakhira is a tough part of town, very industrial and grey, but there’s a good community of business owners around here. We aren't doing anything fancy; we’re just supplying the parts that keep other machines running. The office is small and usually has a stack of delivery notes on the table. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you walk in, you’re likely to just see one of us middle-deep in a box of bolts. It’s just honest work in a busy part of the city.
