Sobha Developers Limited

Our office is inside the Navsanjivan Apartments, specifically unit E-902 in Sector 12 of Dwarka. It’s a residential complex, so we are right in the heart of the neighborhood here in Delhi 110078. It’s a bit different working out of an apartment building, but it works for us at Sobha Developers Limited. We have a good view from the ninth floor which is a nice break when your eyes get tired of looking at computer screens. The elevators can be a bit slow during the morning rush when everyone is heading to school or work, but we’ve learned to time our arrivals. We aren't a big corporate team here, just a small group handling the local coordination. The kitchen in the unit serves as our break room where we make tea and sometimes heat up our lunch. It feels very personal and homey. We keep our files in the spare room and use the main area for our desks. It’s quiet enough that we can get a lot of work done without being disturbed. We handle the paperwork and the phone calls that keep the projects moving. It’s a simple setup but it gets the job done. Dwarka is a big place but being in Sector 12 makes it easy to get around to other parts of the city when we need to visit a site or meet a vendor. We try to keep everything organized despite the limited space we have in the apartment.
