Sneha Hotels and Resorts operates from a small office at WZ/L-47 in the Mahavir Nagar Extension. It’s a typical neighborhood building, surrounded by other houses and local grocery stores. We are not located in one of those huge commercial parks; we prefer being here where it feels more like home. The office is where we keep all our records and handle the administrative side of the hotels. It’s mostly just us sitting around a couple of big tables with our laptops. There are usually stacks of folders everywhere because we still like to keep physical copies of everything. The light in the office is a bit dim in the afternoons, but it makes for a quiet atmosphere to get things done. We don't have a marketing department or a big team of executives. It is just a handful of people who have been working together for years. We know each other’s coffee orders and we take turns bringing in snacks. The street outside can get quite narrow, so parking is always a bit of a puzzle for anyone visiting. We don't mind the small space because it means we can talk to each other without having to send emails. It is a very simple, no-nonsense setup. We just focus on keeping the business running without any extra fluff or corporate jargon. It's just a regular workplace for regular people doing their jobs.
