Smnarayan Realestate Llp is located in a flat in Paschim Vihar. We are in Flat No 21 D on the third floor of the BG 6 block. West Delhi is our main area of work and we have been here for a long time. Since it is a residential block, it is usually a bit more peaceful than the crowded markets nearby. We started this small business because we knew the neighborhood like the back of our hands. The office is basically just a few rooms where we keep our property records and sit down for meetings. We aren’t a giant company with hundreds of people in suits. It is just a small, dedicated team. We spend a large part of our week visiting different properties and talking to owners about their plans. Paschim Vihar has seen a lot of changes lately, with new shops and flats popping up everywhere. Our daily routine usually starts with some tea and a look at whatever new listings have come in. We don't spend much on advertising. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby and know our name. The walk up to the third floor is fine by us, as it keeps us moving. We handle real estate deals and try to make sure all the paperwork is in order. It’s just a normal, honest way to make a living in Delhi.
