Smcc Construction Imdia Ltd.

You can find Smcc Construction Imdia Ltd. over at C-205, Mahendra Apartmrnts in Vikas Puri, New Delhi 110018. We use one of the apartments as our main office space. It’s a bit of an older building, the Mahendra Apartmrnts, but it’s sturdy and it works for us. Working out of an apartment complex is different than a commercial tower, but it makes the whole thing feel a bit more personal. We know the security guards and the other people living in the building. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is in the office at the same time, but we manage just fine. We handle our construction business from here. There are piles of folders and some old computers, and usually some tea going on the side. Vikas Puri is a good area to be in, even if the parking is a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We don't have any vision or mission to talk about. We just try to get the construction projects finished on time. The name on the door says Smcc Construction Imdia Ltd., even with that little spelling bit in there. We aren't worried about being perfect, just about being honest and getting the work done. If you are in the neighborhood, C-205 is where we are. It’s just a regular office in a regular part of Delhi, and we keep things simple and practical for everyone involved.
