Sjp Residency Consortium Ltd., Mathura(U.P.)

Our main office is located on the second floor of 13/77 in Subhash Nagar, New Delhi. Even though we are sitting here in the middle of Delhi, a lot of what we actually do involves building work over in Mathura. Sjp Residency Consortium Ltd. is basically a group of us working on various housing and local construction projects. It can be a bit of a long commute sometimes, going back and forth between the capital and the different sites we have in U.P. The office in Subhash Nagar is where all the planning and the boring meetings happen. It is usually cluttered with big blueprints, site maps, and a lot of paperwork. We are not a big, fancy firm with a marble lobby or a receptionist. It is just a functional work space for us. Building residencies is a very long and slow process. You have to deal with all the local permits, land issues, and then finally the actual construction on the ground. We have had our fair share of ups and downs with different projects over the years. Some things go smoothly, while others take way longer than we had originally hoped. That is just the hard reality of the construction business in this part of India. We try to keep our clients updated, even when the news is not great.
