Our clinic is tucked away in FB-12 Shivaji Enclave. It is a quiet enough corner, though the main road nearby is always humming. We deal with cancer care from a Vedic perspective, which means our daily routine is probably a bit different from the big city hospitals. The office is simple. We have some wooden furniture and a lot of books. People come here looking for something specific, and we spend time just talking to them and figuring out what they need. It is not the kind of place where people are rushed in and out in five minutes. Usually, the kettle is on for some herbal tea. We keep things low-key. The neighbors in Shivaji Enclave are used to seeing people coming and going from our door. We don't have fancy lights or a big reception desk with ten people. Usually, it is just one or two of us handling the appointments and the cleaning. It can get a bit slow some afternoons, which gives us time to organize the shelves. We try to keep the atmosphere calm because the people visiting us are often going through a lot. It is just a small clinic run by real people who care about what they do. We like being in this part of town; it feels more like a home than a sterile office. We don't do much advertising, mostly just people telling their friends about us.
