We've been operating out of our ground floor spot in Raja Puri for a while now. It’s tucked away in Gali 19, right near Bharat Vihar. Most people around Uttam Nagar know the area is pretty busy. We help folks who are traveling into the country or moving around for their medical needs. It's not always easy to figure out where to go or who to see when you're sick and away from home. We spend a lot of our days on the phone or sitting at the desk here on Plot B-51, making sure things get sorted. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic with the paperwork and the logistics of getting patients to the right spots. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything, just a practical space where the work gets done. Most of us here have lived in Delhi for years, so we know the shortcuts and how the local hospitals operate. People come to us when they are worried about surgery or treatment and don't know the local system. We just try to be a steady hand in that process. It’s quiet inside usually, even if the street outside is noisy with traffic. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We're just a small team working out of this part of Uttam Nagar, trying to make the medical travel bit a little less stressful for the families who walk through our door and need some guidance in a big city.
