Our center is located in Moti Nagar, right by the Arya Samaj Mandir in 17 Block. If you know where Fun Cinema is, you’re basically there. We do Ayurvedic stuff here, specifically Panchakarma treatments. It’s a traditional way of looking at health that’s been around forever. The space isn’t huge, but we make use of what we have. It smells like oils and herbs most of the time. People come in with back pain, skin problems, or just feeling tired all the time. We don't promise any miracles, we just follow the old methods. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but the way we do things stays the same. Usually, we start early in the morning because that’s when the treatments work best. It’s hard work, especially with the steam and the oiling, but it’s what we do. We have regular clients from the nearby blocks who just walk over. Sometimes new people find us because they heard about us from a neighbor. We don't do much advertising. We just open the doors, set up the equipment, and wait for the first person to arrive. It's a simple routine that keeps the place running day after day without much fuss or drama.
